  • An informative article about Fibromylagia! But I don’t seem to get the Yoga remedy clearly. What if I can’t perform yoga for about 75 minutes? Can I have less than 60 minutes yoga and still get the pain relief effect of this exercise?

  • There were several great ideas about treatments for fibromyalgia. My mother suffers a great deal with this illness, to the point that it affects her daily life. The one thing she loves the most is doing aquatherapy. Some of the moves are similar to yoga, which does help her.

  • Yoga is something I have yet to really try for pain but I am beginning to consider it more and more. I find that movement and stretching is sometimes the best thing you can do for a body that is in pain. Maybe my pains are down to my secondary lifestyle. I think it is worth considering if you have pain yourself.

  • My boyfriend’s cousin has recently been diagnosed with this, and she is constantly in pain, and gets sudden inflictions of pain. I don’t think she would be able to do yoga or tai chi, but the other suggestions could be beneficial. I’m sure she will try anything at this stage.
